🙋 Q: Can I send my own guitar for modding/painting?
✔️ Yes! You can send your controller, or we can source one for you. Shipping fees apply.
⏳ Q: How long does it take?
✔️ Each project timeline will depend on different factors: the type of modding needed for the guitar, artwork being requested, communication between parties, etc. We ask that clients be patient and give 2-4 weeks minimum to complete orders. This is to ensure quality and testing be done before ever shipping out the product.
⚡ Q: Do you offer rush orders?
✔️ Yes! While we don’t typically get these requests, it is possible to ask us.
🙋 Q: Now that I’ve got my guitar, how do I keep it in good condition?
✔️ Thanks for asking! These guitars are old and upcycled, so taking good care of them ensures that their life is prolonged. A few key things we recommend clients to do are listed in the next section.
Guitar Aftercare
✅ Gentle Use – While our mods enhance durability, avoid excessive force on strum bars and buttons.
✅ Regular Cleaning – Use a dry, microfiber cloth to wipe down buttons and the strum bar. Avoid using harsh cleaners.
✅ Check Connections – If you notice input lag, inspect wiring and make sure the battery compartment is clean.
✅ Store Properly – Keep your guitar in a cool, dry place to prevent damage from humidity or temperature changes.
✅ Avoid Prolonged Direct Sunlight – UV exposure can fade colors over time.
✅ Keep It Dry – Our protective coating helps, but avoid moisture or extreme humidity.
